Cancellation Policy/取消政策

At Declutter Fairy, we are committed to providing exceptional home organizing services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please review our  policy below:

 1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your scheduled home organizing appointment, please notify us as soon as possible at declutter.fairy@hotmail.com

2. Cancellation Fees: Depending on the timing of your cancellation, the following cancellation fees may apply:

•   Cancellation made at least [48] hours in advance, prior to the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee.
•   Cancellation made within [24] hours of the scheduled appointment: [50]% of the total service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
•   Cancellation made within  less then [24] hours of the scheduled appointment:  total service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us  at  declutter.fairy@hotmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your new date and time. 

• Rescheduling made at least [48] hours in advance, prior to the scheduled appointment: No fees will be charged
• Rescheduling made within [24] hours of the scheduled appointment: [50]% of the total service fee will be charged.
• Rescheduling made within  less then [24] hours of the scheduled appointment:  total service fee will be charged.

在“收纳仙子”y，我们致力于提供卓越的家居整理服务。我们理解有时计划会发生变化，您可能需要取消或重新安排。请查看我们的政策如下：

1. 取消请求：如果您需要取消已安排的家居整理预约，请尽快通过declutter.fairy@hotmail.com通知我们。

2. 取消费用：根据取消的时间，可能会适用以下取消费用：

   - 至少提前[48]小时取消预约：无取消费。

   - 在预约时间前[24]小时内取消：将收取总服务费的[50]%作为取消费用。

   - 在预约时间前不足[24]小时取消：将收取总服务费作为取消费用。

3. 重新安排：如果您希望重新安排您的预约，请与我们联系至declutter.fairy@hotmail.com，我们将尽力满足您的新日期和时间需求。

   - 至少提前[48]小时重新安排预约：不会收取费用。

   - 在预约时间前[24]小时内重新安排：将收取总服务费的[50]%作为费用。

   - 在预约时间前不足[24]小时重新安排：将收取总服务费作为费用。
